Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day was eventful this year. We started out our festivities Friday night at the ward Valentine's Dance. We went last year and had a great time so we were excited to enjoy the evening. Plus, they had childcare. Thayne broke out his valentine's best (a.k.a. the Tux) and was looking snazzy. We slept in the next morning and then went to breakfast at the famous Pancake House in Williamsville. It was so good!! I'm more of a breakfast girl than Thayne is. I loved it. Look how yummy my food looks.Thayne spent the day at home. He did study but it was sooo nice to have him home! Especially when Tyson woke up from his nap wheezing and barely able to breathe. We called the doctor and he told us to bring him in immediately. He was diagnosed with Bronchitis and after a week is sounding a lot better.

Ronald McDonald House

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Ronald McDonald House for FHE. We went with other friends and had a great time. They had an awesome play room for children. Here's a picture of the meal we made. I love learning about different ways to serve. Thayne and I spent a lot of our time talking to a lady that gave birth around 22 weeks - I can't remember for sure how far a long she was. It made me so grateful that we have a healthy little boy. Her son is 5 months old and still in the hospital. WOW!
