| Tyson's spelling Bee - he worked really hard and knew all the words and then made a mistake. He still made it to the top 10 but he was disappointed he didn't win it all. It was a good lesson in things don't always go our way. |

| This year for kid birthdays we decided the kids were going to help choose their own gift. I feel like a lot of years we buy them junk or things they don't like so this is our attempt to remedy that. We walked through the whole toy store and then Kenzie narrowed down her choices and then chose the cute journey doll. She plays with the doll EVERY DAY. I think we might keep this tradition. |
