June 2025

Lauren stopped by for a quick visit :)

School is out! We went 2 weeks after Memorial Day this year. Kids were more than ready for summer. Kenzie had smiles and tears as she is moving to a different school next year. She's a sweetheart and emotions run close to the surface. I hope junior high doesn't squash her sweetness.

Dungeons and Dragons go all out

Summerfest 2025

We met up with our friends from the cruise one night.

Our stake throws a huge carnival every June. This was the first one we attended. They had tons of games, food, dunk tank, barrel ride, pie eating contest, face painting, and more. Thayne and I competed in the pickleball tournament and won!

The red minivan started having some issues so we bought a new car. It was totally time. Tyson is still driving the old one. I'm hoping it keeps running for awhile longer. ..

Big kids went to youth conference. We had fun playing with the littles. We rode the ferris wheel at Scheel's and went to a kids fun place.

When big kids got home, we headed to Provo to watch the JK Studios show. It was well done and had us all laughing.

We hosted a newly wed night. We invited Michael, Ky, Emma, and Parker and their new spouses. Rachel, Sam, grandma, and grandpa invited themselves over. (We didn't realize the drama with Daniel over this) We played and made pizzas.

I went to girls camp with Lexi and Kenzie. The littles and dad had a lot of fun. Tyson kept busy working.

TJ helped me at field day. He is so excited for "all day" kindergarten next year. Me too!

FSY for Lexi

Scott Brady brought us birthday presents and matching shirts. We love him and the gifts he gives!

Tiffany Bird (my best friend from elementary) came for a quick visit with her daughter. We had a lot of fun catching up for a bit.

Kenzie at 12 years old - 77 pounds (12%), 57 in(11%) The doctor told her he thought she'd be 5'2" and she was so excited.

Kenzie and Lexi went to Harry Potter camp and Jojo went to spy camp.

TJ finished preschool. He's ready for lunch at school and recess and school all day without mom!

Only picture I  got from girls camp
