October/Halloween 2020

12 year old boys do weird things.

We were supposed to be at Disneyland this year for fall break but due to covid that did not happen. We spent the week doing the most fun things we could think of here in the valley. We went to Lagoon, Cornbelly's, Rush FunPlex, Gale Center, BYU's Museum of Art, Nickelcade and hiking. We had a great time. Kids had never done Lagoon so that was probably the highlight. It was super busy. Because we weren't out of state, Thayne did get called in a couple times for emergencies. Hopefully next year we'll make it to Disney. Picture overload...

Daniel brought in crepes with eggs and sausage and fruit and everything. My kids love tuna fish sandwiches but not when it's compared to crepes.

Tyson and Lexi agreed to do a spook alley with me. They walked into the first room and walked right back out. Later they tried a less scary option but I was a little disappointed they chickened out. Plus, it meant I was alone for most of it.

If I remember right, the rope broke as Thayne was climbing it. Good thing there's a lot of padding below him.

My birthday dinner at Ruth Chris.

TJ turns 1!! He got his first happy meal for his birthday dinner.

Oh man, I love his snuggles

The kids all LOVE him so much!

TJ one year old stats: 19 lbs. 13 oz. (10%), 28.25 in. (8%). He's a little bug.
I think the story is here that Kenzie told Uncle Daniel he couldn't tie her up so he did.

Kenzie wrote her name with pretzels

Getting the yard ready for winter is fun
I love the games they play when they get creative

This little guy loves stuffed animals. The bigger the better, right?

Thayne made a Thor hammer for his costume.

The kids love when we bring down the Halloween bins. They try on all of the costumes. It's very entertaining.

The older kids dressed up to help out at Jojo's preschool
Grandma came along too

Fall 2020

Let's see.... It's been a long time since I've taken these pictures so I'm going to have to search my brain for what all of them were about.
We remodeled our laundry room over the summer. I LOVE it so much more than I used to. The laundry room is right off our guest bathroom so it's really nice to not have guests see our laundry mess anymore.

Thayne took Jojo on a date to the Father-Daughter Pixie "Mask"erade. She had so much fun.

Thayne liked these signs that they had at the daddy daughter date. He talked the city in to giving them to his office after the event.

Halloween decorations are starting to come out. Jojo loves it.
Tyson and Lexi are busy earning their keep around here. They've learned that they do a lot better marketing on facebook than they do going door to door.
We love seeing the witches at Gardner Village. We took our new friend, Lauren, with us to see the witches and then went to the park after.

Our piano teacher/friends moved to Idaho. We were able to visit them after we went to Yellowstone. We loved their space and house. The kids loved driving the 4 wheelers.

Jojo was disappointed that this jacket was for TJ and not her.
I hit Tyson in the ear playing pickleball. Tyson was shocked his mom could hit a ball hard enough to draw blood.
Jojo and 2 of her friends went to breakfast with the witches. Jojo was mesmerized the whole time.

Conference cinnamon rolls are always a hit.
We all love this little man.
