And more summer

Thayne's plumeria. He was so happy when it started blooming this year. He bought the shoot in Hawaii last year and it's taken it a long time to get growing.

My kids think they are Ninja Warriors from the TV show American Ninja Warrior. Athletics are not our forte so it is kind of funny to see them try to reenact some of the stuff.
Grandpa and Grandma Gardner come for a short visit. We loved having them.

She loves this stroller from Daddy's boss
Kids are so funny with the way they sleep. Don't mind the gross pillow.

summer continued

Our friends invited us to go camping with their ward. We had so much fun and loved their ward. Tyson and Lexi slept in a tent by themselves. We found it upside down and rolled down a small hill the next morning. They didn't even notice this happening in the night. Silly kids! I ended up sleeping in the car with Kenzie. I look forward to when she's a better sleeper while traveling.

Lexi loves her dresses and skirts but can get dirty with the best of  'em!
Our friend's, the Andersons. Love these guys!

After camping, we ventured to the city of rocks. Pretty cool place. We didn't stay long but had fun on a short hike.

Apparently this place is famous for rock climbers.
There are occasional pictures of me! I think Lexi took this picture.

Tyson selfies

Lexi picks flowers and sticks them in our grass. She'll even water them and tell me they are growing.
I'm excited for this girl to get potty trained some day. She can poop with the best of them. We're talking 4 to 6 times/day.
Caught these two holding hands. They've shared a bed for a long time. We tried to switch Lexi to Kenzie's room recently but she really likes having her brother around.
One of the hail storms we've had this summer. I love summer storms.
We got a lot of rain in August. Because of that, there were a lot of problems with flooding in the area. The worst was the hospital when their sewer system was having trouble and they said no flushing toilets and you had to poo in a bag and throw it in the garbage. Thayne was glad they got that figured out before his hospital day.

Summer 2014

I can't believe the summer is already over. It happened so fast this year. School is back in session and Thayne is off taking his oral pediatric boards test in Texas so I have some down time. We made a bucket list this summer and we got through a lot. There are a few things left that we didn't get to but I think we did pretty good considering daddy had to spend a lot of time studying this summer.
Tyson loved T-ball. His favorite position was catcher and pitcher.
Sprinklers under the tramp. I had to beg the boys to come play. Noah and Tyson were too busy to come play.
Leatherby's. Love the happiness it brings my kids. I remember going there as a kid and it being so much fun!
