We tried out the children's museum in downtown SLC. The kids had fun and I got to visit with a friend from college. Win, win!

Take one on potty training. We lasted a day. She's been begging for it. Luckily for me in November she potty trained herself so I guess our trial run wasn't all a waste.

new business

Thayne has a business now and he is trying to grow with the opportunity but it is much harder than he thought it would be. We've made a lot of changes and things are coming along but it's definitely been a learning, growing experience. I hope when we are a couple years farther in this process we will look back and be super happy we made the plunge. 

 

We had a "meet the new doctor" social with delicious homemade cookies and ice cream.  Unlucky for us the wind was horrible and we couldn't get table cloths to stay or balloons to not fly away. The weather calmed down a bit as the night progressed. The kids favorite part was definitely the magician. He was amazing! The kids try to make things disappear now. It's pretty funny.

Thayne went to San Antonio for a business seminar back in August. 

when it was warmer

These girls got into blue (not kid) paint one day and painted the carpet, walls, toys, and each other. Do they look very sorry? I was not a happy momma! I couldn't say much to them at all because I was so mad at them. They also cut each others hair the same week!
