DuWayne's wedding

Thayne's younger brother got married this summer in Houston so we got to go meet up with all 8 of his siblings and attend the wedding. It's so fun to see family. While there we went to the Children's Museum in Houston and the NASA Space Center.

Thayne is a bit obsessed with teeth. He loves this sort of thing. Sorry about the sideway pictures. I changed the rotation of them but when they uploaded they went back sideways. I don't want to redo it so this is what you get.

family visit

I'm way behind on blogging and recently received a little extra motivation when Thayne's computer hard drive passed away. We lost all of our pictures that I hadn't uploaded yet. We now have an external hard drive and a little more motivation to keep up on blogging. These pictures are from June. My family came to visit for a couple of weeks. Sadly, we lost all other pictures with them but I just happened to already upload these to blogger. This was a HOT day at the zoo and the kids had tons of fun splashing in the fountain. We had a really hot summer and the grass was dead and looking liking Utah grass by July. People don't usually have to water their lawns out here but not this year. It was really sad.

Tyson's surgery

Tyson had surgery back in June. It was a small surgery but I was still super nervous. He did great. Didn't complain about the pain and was a champ day of even though he wasn't allowed to eat all day. He did however pee all over the doctors when he was put under. Oops! Guess I should have taken him to the bathroom first.

family vacation June 2012

We took a small family vacation at the beginning of June. We went and saw some of the church sites and went to Watkins Glenn State Park. Tyson did so well hiking and walked the whole hike.
