April 2020

The city is expanding a road in the area and making it into a freeway. There was a dental office in the way. They picked up the building, put wheels under it, and moved the building. I've never seen anything like it.

We had lots of kite flying this month. Tyson did awesome with the cheap dollar store kites

This little man had a birthday. He loved his quarantine birthday. He got to play games all day long with mom and dad. He said he wants to do it again next year. We also found a paint tutorial online and he stayed up one night and painted with Thayne. We really like the person he is becoming.

One of Tyson's friends, David, was on the church's new youth program.

Our piano teacher's chalk art. She takes it to a whole new level.

Roasting marshmallows. We got a firepit shortly after this.

Hiking with the Miller Family. I was carrying TJ on my back for part of this and tried to adjust him and he fell out on his head and scratched it up. I felt so bad! He cried the rest of the hike. Luckily he seemed fine - just mad at me. I should have let Tyson carry him the whole time...

Egg spinning contest

TJ's trying on the mask... or trying to eat the mask

Jojo said she found a snake. I can see why she was confused. It was a big worm

Mystery dinner. The kids loved it. Basically we have a list of 16ish things and they order from that list. Everything has a code name so you never know what you're getting. You may get dessert first or no silverware. The kids think it is hilarious :) I think it's a great way to clean out the fridge.

More hiking. Tyson carried TJ the whole time

Family Wii time

Lexi's birthday

Lexi borrowed puzzles from Sister Miller. She, Tyson, and I had fun with them

Note to the doctors and nurses to thank them for helping fight coronavirus

Not sure where we were going but he's cute. :)
